Hong Kong braves heavy rain and strong winds as typhoon Wipha approaches

Hong Kong hunkered down as Typhoon Wipha, packing winds of more than 167 kilometres (103 miles) per hour, brought heavy rain and wind across the territory on Sunday (July 20), prompting the city to issue its highest storm warning.
