Vagiů a irštva 2: Pantera je napínavý akční thriller, ve kterém Donnie Wilson po legendární loupeži Federálního rezervního systému uniká do Evropy. V belgických Antverpách se přidává ke zločinecké skupině Panther Crew, kterou vede záhadná Jovanna. Společně plánují krádež vzácného červeného diamantu, jenž patří nebezpečné mafii. Mezitím se Nick O'Brien, bývalý policista na pokraji zhroucení, vydává Donnieho dopadnout. V sázce je nejen diamant, ale i životy všech zúčastněných. Všechno vyvrcholí dramatickým vyloupením Světového diamantového centra, přestřelkami a nečekanými zradami.
