01:32Since its creation, the High Cost Drug Program, PMAC,

01:36has proclaimed its objective to ensure that no eligible patient goes without treatment due to lack of resources.

01:42In practice, meeting this goal has meant facing a dizzying growth in demand,

01:47evaluating the clinical results achieved,

01:50and ensuring that the model is financially sustainable over the long term,

01:54emphasizes the Minister of Public Health, Victor Atala,

01:57in a wide-ranging interview with Listín Diario,

02:09The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, ECLAC,

02:14identifies Mexico, a country that sends more than 80% of its exports to the United States,
