00:00Two days of heavy rain in South Korea have killed up to four people and forced over 1,300 others to evacuate.
00:08According to the Interior and Safety Ministry, one of the fatalities was a person whose car was buried by heaps of soil and concrete after the retaining wall of an overpass collapsed on Wednesday.
00:20The ministry said three other people died in southern regions on Thursday.
00:24They were found in a submerged car, a stream and a flooded basement.
00:27In addition, heavy rainfall has forced 1,382 people to evacuate from their homes, while 46 domestic flights have been canceled.
00:38The ministry's statement also said parts of southern-south Chungcheon province have received up to about 420 millimeters of rain.
