Urban cleanliness should not be the sole responsibility of local authorities, but must involve commitment from all government agencies and the public, says Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Datuk Seri Dr Zaliha Mustafa.

She made the statement on Thursday (July 17) in response to recent criticism by His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, who expressed dissatisfaction over the poor cleanliness along Jalan Gallagher during a walkabout in Kuala Lumpur.
