00:20as the office of the Registrar-General and Census Commissioner India. The census must include
00:34social, economic, educational, employment, political aspects of each individual and cash
00:45keeping at the forefront the Telangana state cheap caste survey as a role model.
00:56Second, the breaking of the 50% cap barrier in providing reservation, thereby ensuring
01:05suitable reservation for the OBCs in education, service, political and other areas.
01:14Reservation in private educational institutions as per Article 15 Class 4 of the Indian Constitution
