02:18so these are the three key findings that we want to show

02:21one is that as what folks have said earlier

02:25you know there is an increased use of PPPA

02:28especially against LGBTIQ publications

02:31two it does not meet the three part test as we talked about

02:35and then the third thing there is a weaponization of public morality

02:39and public order against LGBTIQ publications

02:42and also against marginalized groups

03:19and what's happening also is that the consequences of this censorship

03:23that have been happening probably for over the 50 years or 60 years

03:27it's like it has actually hampers our ability to establish an inclusive society

03:33so when you can't talk about certain issues, right?

03:36like so-called sensitive issues

03:38you're not actually providing information to public

03:41to know what exactly is going on

03:44you're not even trying to educate people

03:46or give awareness to people certain issues, right?

03:49like LGBT community or individuals

03:51who are they?what are they?what are the issues?and stuff like that

03:54so when you're stopping people from gaining knowledge

03:57and also information

03:59we are creating a society where

04:02only allow for certain kind of information

04:05and information that only be given

04:07or allowed by certain people in the power

04:10or like government for example

04:11so that has actually failed our society

04:14to have very inclusive manner

04:16because we kind of don't like each other

04:19we don't trust each other

04:20that has created an environment where

04:22a society that is not an inclusive

04:24but more polarized society, right?

04:27because we are very polarized

04:29in terms of opinion as well
