00:00We bought a Chinese diesel heater from Amazon and a whole bunch of bits and bobs that we're going to fit into this box to make the ultimate box heater.
00:05Alright, my guy's taking it apart. So we're going to take it fully, we're going to strip it down.
00:08And I want to make a striptease joke, but I don't think it's PC.
00:10But anyway, so we took the carcass off.
00:13Now we're taking the protection plastic from the combustion chamber and cutting the little fuel pump.
00:18You'll see why we're cutting it later. It was a bit tricky, so we had to use two different saws.
00:21So we're going to bend it out from its place.
00:23And now it's ready. We'll put it back into the plastic carcass.
00:26And here's the box.
00:27Now we're going to fit all these beautiful little bits and bobs inside this big, perfect box.
00:31Let's start off by drawing some holes in the sides.
00:33Perfect. And that will fit our tube.
00:36And fixated with some jubilee clips, a little filter for the air.
00:39I mean, I know it's just for debris. I mean, it's not an N55.
00:48This is the fuel pump.
00:49We're going to connect the fuel pump at a 40 degree angle, add the diesel tank, jerry can, the car battery, and connect all the wiring.
00:56It's pretty simple, pretty soft, but, you know, we've got to do a little need factor.
01:01My guy printed those little things out from a 3D printer for the zip ties.
01:05And look at that. It's looking really nice.
01:06Here we have a solar panel controller, solar charge controller, and quick connect, really easy.
01:10Here's the exhaust fan with the fiberglass.
01:13You know, it looks like a motorcycle exhaust fan now. Super cool.
01:15We're going to drill some support things so the exhaust doesn't burn the plastic off the box.
01:18And this is just a little template that we mentioned before on the van because we're adding this to the van.
01:23You're going to see it later in the end.
01:24Super cool. Super easy.
01:26Bish bash bosh.
01:27Connect it. And that's it.
01:29It's actually done. Just got to give it a little bit of paint.
01:32Going with black so it's nice and discreet.
01:34It doesn't pop out in your face.
01:35The work is done and I got to say it's looking amazing.
01:39Thank you, bro.
01:40All right. Come here. Let me show you exactly what we have.
