A traveler at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport was arrested after law enforcement allegedly found almost $3 million worth of narcotics stashed in his luggage. On June 28, the Atlanta Police Department in conjunction with Customs and Border Patrol “seized a large amount of THC extracted products/marijuana” from a male flyer, according to a July 13 Facebook post shared by Atlanta PD Vance Ray Randolph, a 22-year-old en route to Sao Paulo, Brazil, was placed into custody after officials alleged they discovered the drugs in his suitcase. Following his arrest, Randolph was transported to Clayton County Jail, facing marijuana trafficking charges. According to county records, Randolph was released on June 30.
