07:54Here's the trick.

07:55Numbers like 10, 11, and 12 are made up of smaller digits.

07:59If you count clockwise, you'll actually have these digits.

08:031, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 1, 0, 1, 1, and 1, 2.

08:11Add them all up, and you've got 15.
