04:42It's something that they remember.

04:45They remember you for the rest of their lives when it comes from in here.
04:49You want to grab them by the throat and capture their attention any way you can.
04:56But before the future greats can bring their character to the ring, Charlotte wants to see their personality shine in a promo.
