02:18Paranormal investigator Ian Crandall is exploring the Rose Lawn Cemetery.

02:23A graveyard with a spooky reputation.

02:25It's definitely a very creepy atmosphere out here right now.

02:34My name is Ian, and I am the person who filmed this video.

02:44I really wanted to check out the Rose Lawn Cemetery for quite a while.

02:48This place is reported as one of the most haunted cemeteries in Minnesota.

02:52And I wanted to see it for myself.

02:56Are there any spirits over here?

03:00Locals have reported hearing banging sounds and cries of help.

03:05And when they call the police, they see no one.

03:08There is no one inside.

03:14When people go to a cemetery, it's not a happy occasion.

03:17There's a lot of tears, a lot of sorrow, people burying their dead.

03:22Funerals, gatherings, people coming out there to mourn.

03:27What starts happening is all of this energy is just being funneled into that space.

03:32So if there was something there to begin with, or even if there wasn't,

03:38now there is.

03:39Now there's just all of this consolidated effort and attention and intention.

03:44And we start to see way more stuff happening.

03:47And it becomes really this self-fulfilling event.

03:50And for Ian, that self-fulfilling event happens very soon after arriving.

04:50Like this to me, this is really kind of the ultimate thing to capture on camera.

04:59It's literally shifting its position.

05:14I got a hand to this investigator.

05:15He was pretty brave to go right up to this statue that had just sort of moved to acknowledge him.

05:24But Ian does more than just go up to it.

05:26Since you moved that angel statue just now, would you be able to move it again?

05:42When it moved again on command,

05:47blew me away.

05:49Whatever was there, it was interacting, and it was very real.

05:54Not only can you see the statue turning, you can hear it.

06:04And it's a cement statue, and it appears rather weighty.

06:08So it's actually the sound of cement on concrete just grinding as it turns.

06:20But with so much activity, he has no intention of leaving.

07:15Perhaps the deceased are not really that fond of having this investigator in their final resting place.

07:28I don't necessarily like see it as something like ominous or like, um, dangerous.

07:36But more is like inviting him to, you know, maybe put some flowers in the vase, you know?

07:42Like saying, hey, it's been a while since someone's visited me.

07:50But at this point, flowers are the last thing on Ian's mind.

07:56When that vase slid towards me, fight or flight kicked in immediately.

08:00And I was booking it out of there.

08:02I am not going back in there.

08:04No way.

08:06There's no doubt in my mind that the Roseland Cemetery is in fact haunted.

08:10And probably one of the most haunted cemeteries in Minnesota.

08:14I seen it.

08:15I witnessed it.

08:17If I ever do go back there, I am definitely going to be on high alert.

10:11I have five kids, so I was getting them all ready for school.

10:14And Zacchaeus actually takes the bus.

10:18So he was getting ready for school after I woke him up.

10:21And he went to the kitchen to make something to eat

10:27before he got on the bus for school.

10:30But Zacchaeus' food prep is interrupted

10:33by what he claims is a strange voice.

10:42He came running up the stairs,

10:44bussed through my door, ran all the way across my bed,

10:48and he was yelling and screaming that someone was in the house.

10:52I'm like, nobody's in here.

10:53Like, go get ready for school.

10:54You're gonna miss your bus.

10:56At that point, he got dressed,

10:58he finished whatever he was doing, and he walked out.

11:02But after Zacchaeus leaves,

11:04something doesn't feel right to Toni.

11:08So she checks her home security camera footage

11:10of when Zacchaeus was in the kitchen.

11:12Literally, maybe five minutes after he walked out the door,

11:16I was like, let me just check my phone.

11:18Just out of curiosity, I'm like, let me just check my phone.

11:22And I look at my phone,

11:23and you can hear it, like, clear as day.

11:26Listen closely.

11:37Listen again.

11:38As Zacchaeus prepares lunch to bring to school,

11:45a voice from nowhere seems to ask him,

11:49how did you find me?

11:50How did you find me?

11:58I instantly got chills.

12:00Like, I freaked out myself.

12:02I started freaking out.

12:03I'm the mom.

12:04Like, you can literally hear her say,

12:05is how did you find me?

12:07I heard it clearly.

12:09That's why I sprinted upstairs.

12:11I was terrified because I thought

12:12that there was someone in the house

12:14and that I was in danger.

12:16My first instinct was just to go through my mouth.

12:19Like, it was unbelievable, unbelievable.

12:24This is the kind of clip that I live for on this show

12:28because it's unsettling, but also really captivating.

12:33We have this pretty clear set of words.

12:42And then a very believable response by this young boy.

12:48After the kid hears the voice, it's over.

12:52You can see it's out of the wall, the terror.

12:55When you have sounds like rapping on the walls,

13:04or you have an object move,

13:06there's a bunch of different variables there.

13:09But when you hear a disembodied voice,

13:11that gives it a lot more substance

13:15that you are dealing with something

13:16that is human or intelligent.

13:18Intelligent enough to ask a very specific question.

13:24There is something about this phrase,

13:28how did you find me?

13:33Being so clear, that really, really just ups

13:39the creepy factor on this one.

13:40Because with this kind of stuff,

13:42with sounds, with EVPs, with voices,

13:45so often you really can't hear what was said.

13:48But in this instance, we all hear it.

13:51Everyone can hear exactly what's being said.

13:54And that's so rare and so weird.

13:57It suggests that maybe the little boy

14:01opened the wrong cabinet

14:03and encountered something

14:05that was not wanting to be found.

14:09Or, if you ask Tony,

14:12it's not the cabinet that was disturbed,

14:15but something else.

14:18A dollhouse,

14:20left behind by the previous homeowners,

14:23and moved a while ago.

14:27It was like a vintage wooden dollhouse.

14:31And it was on the back porch when I moved here.

14:34It was creepy.

14:35And it was in good shape.

14:36But I was like,

14:37no, I'm gonna get rid of it.

14:38We moved the dollhouse.

14:39We moved the dollhouse all the way outside

14:41to the front from the back.

14:43That's when we started to see signs.

14:45Literally after that,

14:46that's when we started to have certain things

14:49going wrong within our house.

14:54Can energy be attached to objects?

14:57Yes, absolutely.

15:00Well, if spirits are energy,

15:01then it's a resounding yes.

17:14leaves her apartment building

17:16and heads to her car

17:17to drive to work,

17:18just like she does

17:19every weekday.

17:21But on this morning,

17:23something in an adjacent

17:24apartment building

17:25stops her

17:26in her tracks.

17:29and I took this picture.

17:30I walk outside

17:33to pack up my car

17:35and I get this feeling

17:36like I'm being watched.

17:38And so I take a look

17:39up and around

17:40just to see if any

17:40of my neighbors are there

17:41and I can see this thing

17:45just kind of looking at me.

17:47And as I take a closer look,

17:49I can kind of see

17:50it's faceless

17:52and there's like hair

17:53floating in the wind

17:54and like kind of

17:55this blob of a body.

17:56and I feel like

17:59it's looking at me

18:00so I move my head

18:02to see if, like,

18:03it's alive, I guess.

18:05And it follows me

18:06with its head.

18:07And that's when I decide

18:08to take a picture.

18:10Look closely.

18:11In the lower right-hand side

18:13of the large center window,

18:15a dark figure

18:17that appears to be staring

18:19directly at Madeline

18:20and freaking her out.

18:22As I was looking at it,

18:26I thought it was

18:27very reminiscent

18:27of the girl from The Ring

18:29or the grudge girl

18:32just in the fact

18:33that it had this

18:34long black hair.

18:37This capture,

18:39this photograph

18:40is very unsettling.

18:41It's very creepy.

18:42It's very bizarre.

18:44This was a solid form.

18:46It's not transparent

18:48or translucent.

18:49It fully blocks out

18:51whatever light

18:53might be coming

18:53from behind it.

18:55The face

18:56has a different color to it,

18:59almost a white,

19:00but devoid

19:01of any type of features

19:03that you could normally see,

19:04like a nose or eyes.

19:07That feeling kind of,

19:08being able to see it

19:09mimic my movements

19:10gave me the thought,

19:11well, this is something sentient.

19:12And that's when I decided to go,

19:14I have to, though.

19:15I can't just go to work now

19:17and not know what this is.

19:19So instead of getting in her car

19:20and driving as far away

19:22as possible,

19:24Madeline walks toward the figure.

19:28On my way to the apartment,

19:29I looked up one time

19:30just to make sure

19:31and I could still see it there.

19:33I start up the first steps

19:35of the stairwell

19:36and I feel fine.

19:37It's warm.

19:38It's spring out.

19:40And as I get to the top

19:42of that first stair,

19:43I just feel cold.

19:45And I just kind of start

19:47to feel a little bit nauseous.

19:48And as I start going up

19:51the second set of steps,

19:52I just feel like

19:53I'm about to vomit.

19:55I get up the last set of stairs

19:57and there's just nothing there.

20:01That's when I truly began

20:03feeling scared

20:04is because I get

20:07to this final moment

20:08of like,

20:09I'm going to figure this out

20:11and it's just kind of nothing.

20:13There's no welcome mats,

20:14there's no trash bags,

20:15there's no trash cans,

20:16there's no people,

20:17there's nothing.

20:17So if no one was there

20:21and there was no apparent reason

20:24for anyone to have been there,

20:26then what exactly

20:27did Madeline see?

20:31And why did she feel so ill?

20:33I assumed it was

20:34something paranormal.

20:36I assumed it was a ghost,

20:37not necessarily something malevolent

20:39or, you know,

20:41angry or anything like that.

20:43I viewed it more

20:43as just kind of like

20:45a standing spirit,

20:46you know,

20:46just somebody that's

20:47kind of haunting

20:48a place that they

20:49might have been before.

20:51There was obviously

20:52some sort of

20:53electromagnetic event

20:55in that space

20:56where that entity manifested

20:57that affected

20:59her physical self.

21:00And then she feels it,

21:02as a cold spot.

21:03So her skin on the exterior

21:06feels cold

21:07and then her interior

21:08feels nauseous.

21:10And that is

21:10telltale,

21:12you just walked through

21:13some type of anomaly,

21:15like an energetic anomaly.

21:18that validates your experience.

31:34that stay present

31:39More and more people

31:40are capturing this

31:42and in greater numbers.

31:43and a lot of times

31:44we're seeing

31:45these lights

31:46moving in groups

31:48like this

31:49almost playfully,

31:51but they seem to be

31:52wanting to get

31:52our attention.

31:54If that's what they want,

31:55they're certainly getting it

31:57with Michael and Brittany.

31:58Dude.

32:00when another light

32:02appears

32:02beside the others.

32:04They're just

32:05chilling.

32:06Floating.

32:07There's another one

32:08that just popped up.

32:08Yep,

32:09that's five now.

32:10Dude.

32:11As we kept observing it,

32:14it kept changing

32:15how it was acting.

32:16That's when the excitement

32:17kicked up.

32:18Like, okay,

32:18maybe this is

32:19aliens you're seeing.

32:21Yes.

32:22You see all these

32:24different anomalies

32:24in the sky,

32:26slightly different

32:27elevations,

32:30somehow

32:30working together,

32:32but not lights

32:33of one thing,

32:35per se.

32:35If we're talking

32:36potential craft,

32:37this is not

32:38one craft.

32:39It's several,

32:41but they just seem

32:42to kind of be moving

32:42in a strange formation.

32:45And when they notice

32:46yet another light

32:47coming in from the left,

32:48the otherworldliness

32:49of the first five objects

32:51becomes even more apparent.

32:53What the f***?

32:58Or is that a plane?

32:59That one is a plane, though.

33:01is clearly a f***ing plane.

33:03Well, we can obviously

33:03see what a plane

33:04looks like on her camera,

33:06and you can see

33:07the indicator lights

33:08while it's flying past.

33:10It's not nearly as bright

33:11and it's flying lower

33:13and that seems to be

33:15a commercial craft.

33:16So it just goes to show

33:17that even if it was landing

33:19in a nearby airport,

33:21that's probably the trajectory

33:22of what a plane

33:23is going to look like

33:24and the direction

33:24it's going to go into

33:26while it's landing

33:27or taking off.

33:28So these other ones

33:29don't kind of seem

33:30to hang out

33:31or move within

33:31the same vicinity

33:32of all of that.

33:34Like right as well.

33:35Look at that very top one.

33:35Look at how bright that is.

35:33using their large wingspans

35:35to create the thunder itself.

36:25something within the storm

36:26catches his eye.

36:48terrifying.

36:57any kind of idea

36:57on what this was.

36:58It's like no actual

37:00kind of like proper features

37:01to be identified

37:02because it's just

37:03all black.

37:04I noticed that

37:05it's like,

37:05just looks like

37:06it has like a normal head

37:07almost,

37:08but then everything

37:08kind of just splaying out.

37:11This is like a horror film

37:13driving down the highway,

37:15nighttime,

37:16pouring rain,

37:17lightning flashes,

37:19huge lightning flashes,

37:20thunder going on

37:21and we're seeing

37:23what looks like

37:23some kind of large

37:24predatory bird

37:25of some kind.

37:26I saw something

37:31a little bit more

37:32humanoid shaped,

37:33something with a head,

37:35something with a body

37:36underneath it.

37:37I think that's why

37:38my brain immediately

37:40went to witch

37:41flying through the air.

37:45It wouldn't surprise

37:46if like this was

37:47some sort of ethereal being,

37:48if it were to look

37:49at the man

37:50while he was shooting it,

37:51that it would have red eyes.

37:53And I would have definitely

37:54been like,

37:54that's the Mothman.

37:57Or perhaps it's

38:00something more related

38:01to the specific location

38:03of where Isaac

38:05captured the footage.

38:06The area of the country

38:07where this was filmed,

38:09the northern Midwest,

38:10has long had legends

38:13and lore of giant birds,

38:16even going back

38:17to the times

38:18of Native Americans

38:19when they were referred

38:20to as thunderbirds.

38:22The idea of the thunderbird,

38:24this creature that,

38:26you know,

38:26comes to us

38:27from indigenous mythology

38:28and says,

38:29this is the creature

38:31that generates

38:33storms like this.

38:35The crack of thunder

38:37and the flash of lightning,

38:38this is the creature

38:39responsible

38:40for that phenomenon.

38:42And according to one man

38:43who was visiting nearby

38:45Webb Lake, Wisconsin

38:46in 2005,

38:48the legendary cryptid

38:49is still fulfilling

38:51its responsibility.

38:53The one sighting

38:54that the guy had

38:56was,

38:56it was a giant,

38:58gigantic bird,

38:59seven foot tall,

39:00a wingspan of 18 feet.

39:02I mean,

39:03this thing must have been huge.

39:04For his part,

39:08Isaac,

39:08a self-described

39:09cryptid aficionado,

39:11believes it may not

39:13be a cryptid

39:14at all.

39:15It looks more like

39:16this kind of like

39:18wispy phantom

39:18kind of looking thing

39:19because, like,

39:21I didn't see any kind

39:22of like really

39:22wing-looking anything.

39:24It more so just looked

39:25like the rounded top.

39:29What you would expect

39:30from like a typical depiction

39:31of like a ghost

39:32or something.

39:32All of that lightning

39:34and all of that energy

39:36has just got to be

39:37charging that area.

39:40And could that help

39:41a spirit manifest?

39:43Could they have glommed

39:44some of that energy

39:45off of this storm?

39:47We're left with

39:48a possibility.

39:50Regardless,

39:52Isaac remains hopeful

39:54is the beginning

39:55of something extraordinary.
