“Two Boys and Jesus – The Bridge of Faith”

This story is about two Boys and Jesus....Once upon a time, in a quiet village surrounded by mountains and rivers, there were two best friends named Daniel and Eli. They were 12 years old, full of energy and imagination. After school, they would play near an old wooden bridge. They often pretended Jesus was walking with them, just like in Bible stories.
One day, it started to rain heavily. The river under the bridge began to rise quickly. But Daniel and Eli were in the forest, collecting wood for Daniel’s sick grandmother. They didn’t know a storm was coming.
On their way back, the bridge was shaking and slippery. The water was wild and scary. Eli became very afraid and couldn’t move. Daniel tried to help him, but suddenly the bridge started to break.
In panic, Daniel shouted, “Jesus, help us!”
In that moment, something amazing happened. Everything felt calm. A peaceful voice whispered,
“Don’t be afraid. I am with you.”
Eli felt like someone strong was holding him. Daniel saw a glowing figure at the end of the bridge. With Jesus' help, they safely crossed just before the bridge fell.
Back in the village, everyone was surprised that they were safe. When people asked what happened, Daniel said with tears,
“Jesus held the bridge for us.”
That day changed their lives. They decided to follow Jesus with their hearts. When they grew up, Eli became a missionary, and Daniel became a kind doctor who helped the poor. They never forgot how Jesus saved them. Every time they met, they would smile and say,
“Remember the bridge.”
