00:09So while our adversaries have produced millions of cheap drones,
00:14before us, we were mired in bureaucratic red tape.

00:19In June, President Trump issued an executive order
00:21unleashing American drone dominance
00:25to bolster our drone industry and arm our warfighters.
00:30Because that's what we're all about.
00:31So today, I'm rescinding restrictive policies that stifle production,
00:35and this will unleash American manufacturing
00:37and the ingenuity of our warfighters by doing three key things.
00:43First, we're going to bolster the U.S. drone manufacturing base
00:47by producing thousands of American-made products,
00:50prioritizing by Americans.
00:52We'll arm combat units with a variety of low-cost,
00:55American-crafted drones,
00:57leveraging our world-leading engineers and AI experts.
01:01And third, we're going to train as we expect to fight.

01:11Senior officers must overcome bureaucratic risk aversion
01:14in budgeting, weaponing, weapon-eering, and training.
01:18So here's the memo we're signing today delivered via drones
01:22here on the front lawn of the Pentagon
01:25with some of our great warfighters flying them.
01:31This is the future.
