00:20Recording such attacks on camera isn't new.
00:22The assaults on Singha A.P. Dhillon and G.P. Girewal's home in Vancouver were also videographed and circulated widely.
00:28Canada-based terrorist Harjeet Singh Leddy, linked to the band Babar Khalsa International, has claimed responsibility for the firing at Sharma's cafe.
00:35According to sources, the attack was in response to an episode of the Kapil Sharma show, which allegedly made controversial comments about Neheng 6.
00:42Leddy reportedly claimed that he tried to contact Sharma in later want of violence when he received no response.
00:47According to local media, late at night on June 9, around 12 bullets were fired at the restaurant.
00:52In April 24, Leddy was also named as a key conspirator in the targeted killing of Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Vikas Prabhakar in Nangal, Punjab.
