00:01Hey everyone, so this is a video I didn't think I'd be making.

00:06You may have heard or seen in the papers that we are moving.

00:13And yes we are, look, there we go, you see all the boxes and everything there.

00:17I wasn't going to say anything just yet, but in a nutshell, a conversation that I had with someone ended up in the papers.

00:25So here we are.

00:27Well, lots of reasons for this.

00:30I mean, it's been really well documented that obviously had a bit of a shocker over the past few years.

00:38Not only health-wise, but obviously my business failing.

00:43And then it culminated at the start of the year with someone being very unwell.

00:49And what it made me realise, oh gosh, is you only get one shot and you have to seize the day.
