00:00Well, life's going to throw you. We've had a lot. Yeah, we've had a lot of ups and downs and we've

00:04been through it all together. And I think Jordan's support is the reason why we've made it through

00:09some of those hard times. And I think you just have to be accepting of that life isn't going to

00:14be perfect or fair all the time. But more so than that, I think the secret for us, as far as big

00:19brother relationships go, when we were on, we didn't really know the show. Like I watched

00:25episodes while I was in sequester and leading up to, you know, me finally getting cast on the show.

00:31So I made myself familiar, but I didn't know the ins and the outs of things. And I don't know if

00:36I've told you this before, but I've definitely said in other interviews, I remember in the

00:41in the questionnaire, you know, you fill out this big thing for big brother. And one of them was,

00:47are you down for having a relationship? No, but one of my friends, Barry goes,

00:54say you want to be in a showmance. And I'm like, what's a showmance? He goes,

00:58it's a romance on the show. And I'm like, that's an awesome answer. I'm like, I'm writing that.

01:02So I wrote showmance, not even knowing what it was. So us not knowing the ins and outs of big

01:07brother and having not seen other people start relationships on the show, us being, I guess,

01:13the first or the longest that you mentioned, there was no pressure for us. We were just best

01:18friends in the house. The way it's kind of a microcosm. Now that I think about it,

01:23the relationship we had in the house and us having each other's back through all the ups

01:27and downs of big brother, it's kind of like a reflection of how the past 16 years have been

01:33with us. There's a lot of ups and downs and we got each other's back through thick and thin.

01:38And I think not having that pressure of now, I feel like people go on that show to find love,

01:44you know, it's like, it's more successful than the bachelor. So people are definitely looking

01:48to hook up on that show and then ride that wave outside the show. Not saying everybody does it,

01:55but there's been a lot of successful people. There was no Instagram. There was no influencing.

02:00There was none of that stuff. It was just Facebook. And when we got off big brother,

02:04it was Twitter that had just started and was super popular. And, uh, you know, when you're in the house,

02:12you don't know what people are seeing. So everybody kept coming up and like in the interviews,

02:17like the press stuff. And they're like, Oh, so what's up with you and Jeff? And I was just kind

02:22of like, not thrown off, but I was like, I mean, we liked each other, but I didn't know we were going

02:28to get so many questions about that because, because I didn't think to be honest, I didn't think

02:36anyone was watching. We're best friends when it comes down to it. So when we get to spend alone time

02:40one-on-one, I'm having fun with my friend. I know she's my wife and all that, but it's like,

02:45I'm having fun with my friend. There's no, I'm not looking around where the kids, are they okay?

02:49Do we need to order more for them? When we go out, we indulge and, uh, we have fun with each other

02:54and it's few and far between, but it's something that we need to do more and something that we

02:58need to work on. Cause we always have the best time and have great stories afterwards.

03:02You know, I know we're getting older because used to, cause I've been with him for so long.

03:09We would take these random Vegas trips and stay in these crappy hotels. And remember that buffet

03:15we ate and it was so fun. Was that trip? It was the best. We were playing a penny slots,

03:21having so much fun. But now that I'm older, because I'm with the kids all the time, I'm like,

03:26all right, I want to stay at a really nice hotel because I want a comfy bed and I want space and I

03:34want to eat good. And I want to sit by the pool. That's kind of like my vacation nowadays.

03:39All right. We're talking about a date night. You're bringing it to the cycle.

03:42I'm just saying that's like how I know we're getting older.
