02:05Their final clash sends shock waves through the mirror world, and the whole battle made

03:14The animation team go all out with this fight, particularly their final exchange, as Fiery
03:19Red meets Green in a clash that leaves King crashing and down a wing.
03:25After all, what's a fallen angel compared to the future King of Hell?
03:33Blackbeard's death Every episode set in Marineford has some
03:43kind of huge new developments that sent the internet talking, but its climax sees several
03:48that made it explode.
03:51Whitebeard confronts Blackbeard, his former subordinate, who kills his ex-captain with help
03:56from his new crew.
04:03Although Whitebeard dying standing up and without any wounds of retreat is badass and worthy of
04:09enough discussion, it's his final words that turned the world upside down.
04:18His confirmation that Roger's treasure, the One Piece, is indeed real, got not only in-world

04:47Shanks one-shots Kid Fans have waited decades to see Luffy's
04:51idol Shanks in action, and somehow, the moment it finally happened actually lived up to the

04:58Faced with Kid, whose cocky, violent attitude and railgun attack could spell doom for Shanks'
05:04fleet, the red-haired Emperor springs into action.
05:14Leaping from ship to ship, Shanks hits Kid with a monumentally powerful single swing of
05:20his sword, wrecking Kid, his first mate, and causing explosions on Kid's ship.
05:27The phenomenal animation and peak execution of this scene left the internet, much like
05:45Kid's crew, in danger of drowning, though in our case, it was in hype instead of water.

06:13His fire is unable to withstand Akainu's magma, and he steps in to save Luffy from being killed
06:32by the hot-blooded Admiral, taking the blow himself.
06:35Ace's tearful final words are certainly heartbreaking enough that the death got fans talking and spoiling,
06:42but Ace's death was a true game-changing moment.
06:49Before he died, basically no one in One Piece died outside of flashbacks.
06:57The idea that no one was safe anymore sent the internet theory machine into overdrive.

07:11Galaxy Impact The One Piece animators have been going off lately,
07:15and they really went ham with this moment.
07:18After Kobe is captured by the Blackbeard Pirates, Garp and the members of S.W.O.R.D. decide to rescue him.
07:24And they arrive in style by Garp launching their ship into the middle of the island.
07:37With Conqueror's Haki coming off him, Garp throws a punch so powerful it levels buildings around the plaza.
07:44The animators reached a new level with this attack, incorporating 3D and 2D animation,
07:50and turning Garp's shockwave punch into something as extra as the old man himself.
07:56If this is Garp's strength in his old age, seeing him in his prime will probably do to the internet what he did to the plaza.

08:26Roger vs Whitebeard From the very beginning of One Piece, we're
08:30told that Gold Roger obtained wealth, fame, and power.
08:34But it took nearly 1,000 episodes before we got to see the Pirate King in action.
08:39Whitebeard's Samurai Commander, Odin, leaps at the chance to fight Roger.
08:44But the man who would be Pirate King sends him flying.
08:47Enter Whitebeard, whose powerful Haki and impressive mustache are more than a match for Rogers.
09:03Their clash is so strong, their blades don't even touch, and the shockwaves bend trees across the land.
09:09Seeing these two titans of One Piece finally fight blew everyone away just as hard.

09:22Luffy vs Luchi Rematch
09:24Most of the time, when Luffy defeats someone, he doesn't really fight them again after defeating them.
09:29That alone would have made his second fight with Luchi noteworthy.
09:33But Luffy bursting out gear fifth takes this match up to transcendent heights.
09:50Luffy's transformation is epic and kind of terrifying.
09:54Luchi's newly awakened form is fantastic too.
09:58Plus, Luffy's wacky, reality-warping moves are both figuratively and literally off the wall.
10:04It's clear that the animators are having as much fun with the fight as Luffy is.
