00:00the majority of people in the world we work in the application layer where we take advantage of the wonderful tools at the technology layers be semiconductor cloud hyperscaler or foundation model to build wonderful applications and in fact i spend a lot of my time with the application layer and almost by definition even though a lot of the you know pr and hype is at the technology layer the application layer has got to be even more valuable because frankly we need the applications to generate more revenue you know so that they can afford to pay the technology
