During a Senate Judiciary Hearing on Wednesday, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) criticized Emil Bove, President Trump's nominee to be a judge in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

00:54this administration. But in recent weeks, President Trump has criticized Leonard Leo and the Federalist

01:00Society for, quote, bad advice they gave him in recommending legal conservatives during his first

01:06term. He's upset that his own judicial nominees have ruled, had the audacity to rule against the

01:12administration's illegal actions. With Mr. Bovee, we see a sign of what is to come. President Trump

01:20cares little about statutory interpretation and the original meaning of the Constitution. He is looking for

01:27loyalty. He is looking for fierce retribution. He is looking for someone who will instill fear in his
