00:00Hi there, it's John Blow here from the Yorkshire Post. Here's what's coming up in the week ahead.

00:04The Great Yorkshire Show returns to celebrate the best of rural life from around the region.

00:09The 166th Show takes place at the Great Yorkshire Showground in Harrogate between tomorrow and Friday.

00:16Elsewhere, it's 20 years today since four suicide attackers struck London's transport network,

00:22killing 52 people in what became known as the 7-7 bombings.

00:26Three of the terrorists involved were from West Yorkshire.

00:30Meanwhile, this week, King Charles will welcome French President Emmanuel Macron on a state visit.

00:37The French leader and his wife Brigitte will stay at Windsor Castle from tomorrow until Thursday.

00:43Mr Macron will also address Parliament during his stay.

00:47And the Church of England's General Synod, its National Assembly, will convene at the University of York for five days from Friday.
