00:00Okay, once again, Larry Letha, Kirk County Sheriff.
00:03Before I get in my notes, I want to address a couple of things.
00:06Obviously, there's been some alerts going on the phone.
00:09We have checked one.
00:11We're in the process of checking the other one.
00:13What we know on the flood warning on 1340, FM 1340, that is inaccurate.
00:18There is no water coming down 1340.
00:21We have confirmed that.
00:23On Johnson Creek, there is a rise there.
00:25That rise could put one to two feet into the Guadalupe River.
00:30We will be staying on top of that.
00:32Search and rescue operations continue with a full response from local, state, and national first responders.
00:39We continue to have hundreds of officers, deputies, and to support our staff working every aspect of this emergency,
00:46along with air, water, canine, and other assets, conducting search and rescue.
00:52As of 130, we have recorded 68 deceased in Kirk County.
00:56Among those who are deceased, we have 40 adults and 28 children.
01:0218 adults are pending identification, and 10 children are also pending identification.
01:07Once again, pending identification are 18 adults and 10 children.
01:13At present, there are 10 Camp Mystic campers unaccounted for and one counselor.
01:20We continue to offer our condolences to those affected, and we will work tirelessly till we reunite them with their families.
