00:00But just on the issue of normalization between Israel and Syria and Lebanon,
00:04what sort of a time frame would you imagine we'd be looking at here?
00:09Are we talking months or years, do you think?
00:12Well, as I don't know the details and what happened behind the scenes,
00:16I can only make a guess.
00:18I hope intelligent one, but not informed one.
00:21It does not need a long time.
00:23If with Lebanon, where there is no problem on borderline,
00:27it can be done immediately if Lebanon is ready and able to control its own land,
00:32and Israel definitely is, it can be done immediately.
00:36You know, there were years ago when we had the open gates between Lebanon and Israel.
00:40Lebanese people came to work in Israel.
00:42It all collapsed after that, unfortunately, in 2006 and so forth.
00:46With Syria it has never been the case, but it can be done if there's an agreement.
00:50There is a will, you see.
00:51It's quite abnormal.
00:53A country that's neighboring me and I'm neighboring them,
00:55why can't we see each other?
00:57After all, yes, there's war and problem,
00:59but if there is no war and if there's a readiness and will to know each other,
01:03both countries or all countries can benefit from it.
