Ford CEO Jim Farley learned from older employees that some young workers at the carmaker were taking shifts at Amazon to make ends meet, he said at the Aspen Ideas Festival.

00:27worker and made them full-time it wasn't easy to do it was expensive but I think that's the kind
00:32of changes we need to make in our country
