00:00Hi my name is Sophie and we're at Grace Park today and this is my coffee van and we've been

00:05operating since 2021 and we started off in a small little trailer just something little just

00:11to see how it went and then as it progressed and we got busier we had to keep up with demand

00:15and so we upgraded to a bigger trailer and well van and a little bit more comfortable a little

00:22bit more room and yeah we've been serving fresh pastries and fresh coffee from the get-go we've

00:28got Forge Bakehouse pastries we've got Barker's Bakers sausage rolls we've got all of it yeah

00:34that's great so you're supporting local businesses as well with your stop yeah yeah so we try to so

00:39we've got yeah Barker's Bakers which is just at low edges and then Forge Bakehouse which are just

00:44down the road so yeah and they're delivered fresh every day lovely and you're behind the tennis courts

00:50so what kind of people come is it dog walkers tennis players a bit of everything yeah it's a general

00:54mix to be fair we have a real big amount of dog walkers mainly I'd say that's my main custom

00:59and then we have a lot of people from the university we have tennis tournaments and things here and

01:04then we've got the bowling club and yeah we have a general mix really it's it's a really lovely place

01:10to work and if people are coming down for the first time what would you recommend they order

01:15oh well I would order a tomato sausage roll because they're my favorite and I always have one for my

01:21lunch and Iced caramel out by the side
