Hollywood’s Richard Gere joins festivities in Dharamshala to honour the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday

Dharamshala, (HP) July 01, 2025 (ANI): Celebrations underway in Dharamshala, Kangra for the 90th Birthday of Tibetan spiritual leader, the 14th Dalai Lama. The 90th birthday of the 14th Dalai Lama is officially marked on July 6 according to the Gregorian calendar.Speaking on the occasion, Hollywood Actor, Richard Gere, said "All of my friends are here to celebrate the 90th birthday of the 14th Dalai Lama... This monastery is very important to me and my friends. It is always a delight being here."
