00:00Alright guys, this is a Lynx 50 cal. This is the world's first Lynx 50 cal that is made for airsoft.

00:07And the crazy thing about it is, it is actually a shell ejecting gas blowback Lynx 50 cal.

00:13That is just insane.

00:14The Lynx is a bullpup 50 cal anti-material rifle, also known as the handheld howitzer,

00:20due to its infamously unique design where the entire barrel moves backwards to absorb recoil

00:26and allows the rifle to be super compact during transport.

00:29Hit the button and it is ready for action.

00:32Let me show you right now what that looks like.

00:39Which undoes that latch.

00:45So if you look here, we got a big ass magazine.

00:50There's 50 cal in there. Well, you know, ish.

00:54Have you ever seen a shell ejecting airsoft 50 cal? I don't think so.

00:58No.

00:59Right? No.

01:00That is rare.

01:01That is a rare thing.

01:02So these are the shells that go inside the Lynx.

01:07It takes five rounds total, just like the real one.

01:12Most 50 cal use a Barrett magazine.

01:14The Lynx is different.

01:15The Lynx uses a proprietary magazine that only holds five rounds.

01:18That's the only downside.

01:19Barrett holds ten rounds 50 cal.

01:21But on the flip side, it is much shorter than a bare 50 cal once you put the barrel in its retracted position.

01:30And in this setting, you can actually transport it easier in a vehicle or something like that.

01:35Much more compact.

01:48The only downside is you can't close the dust cover when it's in the storage position.

02:04So literally like the same thing.

02:06We have a mag release here for the shell ejecting part.

02:11This used to be a safety on the real thing.

02:14Now it's actually a mag release for the Glock magazine.

02:18But I'll get into that in a second.

02:20So this position, you can actually close the dust cover.

02:23Just like the real one.

02:24You flip the bolt up and the dust cover flies open.

02:27You see the shells sitting neatly in there, ready to be fired.

02:31On the real one, this little thing here is a monopod.

02:36Obviously it has a bipod on this ring.

02:39And on the back there's a monopod so you can shoot it nicely in a prone position.

02:44But on this, it is actually an HPA adapter because there's a Glock magazine here.

02:48Because this entire gun is based on a KJW Glock.

02:52So it's kind of like a giant Glock.

02:55A giant Glock sniper rifle is what we have here.

02:58Anti-material rifle.

02:59Because this thing was actually designed to take down vehicles, army transport, jeeps, trucks, helicopters, radar installation, stuff like that.

03:11It's an anti-material rifle.

03:12But if a target presents itself that's more of a fleshy nature, of course you can still use it for that.

03:18So yeah, pretty much the whole system works exactly like the real one.

03:22There's a giant recoil spring that lives inside here.

03:26That is for the recoil for every shot.

03:29In the back we have the bolt that unlocks and locks.

03:33So now it's in a locked position.

03:34So if I pull it back, it pulls down the barrel.

03:36And if it's unlocked, it'll just ride the bolt backwards here and lock in position.

03:41As soon as the barrel hits the front part, it unlocks and sends another bolt into the barrel ready to fire again.

03:48Unlike other shell ejecting airsoft guns, once this one runs out of the shells to eject, it still runs.

03:55So it's actually a usable shell ejecting airsoft gun as well.

03:59The hop-up unit and inner barrel is actually fixed in place.

04:02It is just the outer barrel that moves back and forth.

04:05So it is actually an accurate rifle too.

04:08Also, I've put an SG-24 barrel inside.

04:11So SG-24 barrel and bucking.

04:13So basically it shoots like an SG-24.

04:17Everything is correct, which I think it is.

04:19So it's not only a pretty gun to look at, an interesting gun to look at, mechanically interesting gun to look at.

04:25But it's also an accurate and hopefully very effective gun on the field.

04:29Three years ago I saw this thing and it went viral on YouTube.

04:32And now it's real.

04:34It's turned into an actual product.

04:35This is the one gun that I wanted to have as an airsoft gun.

04:39The number one gun that I wanted to have as an airsoft gun.

04:43And now I have it.

04:45I'm so happy.
