00:00I am right now at the largest airsoft game in the world, with over 5,500 players on an

00:06abandoned Soviet airbase in eastern Germany, and I'm going to be living alone in the woods

00:11for the next three days.

00:13We're taking on entire squads by ourselves, cooking my own food, and attempting to make

00:17it out undetected using a pro-grade ghillie suit.

00:21My enemies having no clue where I am, driving them mad to the point of lagging so bad they

00:26all take forward.

00:38Hey, what's up guys, we are at Dark Emergency in the former Soviet Union.

00:45It has grown this year to be the largest military simulation airsoft event in the world.

00:50Naturally, considering my playstyle, I've been assigned as a recon, with my job being

00:54to mark and relay enemy outposts which can be used as spawn locations, as well as troop

00:59movement back to command using a radio.

01:02Getting killed here means hours gone walking back to an aid station.

01:06So considering being permanently behind enemy lines, I brought my new ghillie suit with me.

01:10It even features these artificial plants that grow straight out of the ghillie suit instead

01:15of just being strings and as much as local material as possible to blend in almost perfectly.

01:21For this mission, of course, I've brought my favorite gun, the SSG-24 Sniper Rifle.

01:25The vast majority of my lifetime games I've played on this rifle alone over a 9 year period.

01:31Combined with a heavy spring for this event, the output power is about 1.5 times my normal

01:35power limit and because of that it's got the power to reach targets well beyond 90 meters

01:40or 295 feet with enough accuracy to land a headshot.

01:47First up, everybody's brought to their respective team's HQ staging area by bus.

01:52Ours is in the far northwest of the corner of the map.

01:54Here we're going to do our final preparations before we start our 3 day long adventure.

01:59Before I can move in behind their forces, we need to create a gap in their front lines.
