That is why, i advice all male muslims especially during their period of urination , they should not push out only their penis but also scrotum out of their under wears, before going for urination slowly and after finshing the urination, they should do a light touch massag with their left right hand, starting from lower part of scrotum and all along the full surface of uretha , which is placed in the penile bodies.This massag will help them to remove the residual urine drops ,which are acumulated in the cavities or sacs, known as diverticulum .This massag avoids the wetting of underwear by urine drops which are left in these cavities.
