00:10complaint, though, a lawsuit wants it done away with. What's the likelihood?

00:16Yeah, this lawsuit, I would say probably might be thrown out on procedural grounds

00:21that this is bigger than kind of just a constitutional question here. Florida has

00:26the sports betting monopoly with Hard Rock. Groups are saying that it was done

00:32unconstitutionally by not allowing the voters to do it and deal with the state instead.

00:38So a lot of money at stake in Florida, but I would say this is probably not going to

00:42get overturned. It could be in court for a while, which would muddy the market even more.
