00:00Hello viewers, today I am going to share the manual method to migrate Google Workspace to
00:14Office 365 account. We know most of the users love Office 365 but find it a bit difficult to
00:21do it from Google Workspace. This video helps you to move users and items from Workspace to
00:28Office 365. We will follow our official post to do all the steps one by one. I have already logged
00:36in with Google Workspace super admin account and Office 365 with global admin account.
00:51This is also a part of prerequisite. Now let's add domain and users to Office 365 account.
00:58After opening Office 365 account using admin credentials, go to Microsoft 365 admin center,
01:06click show all, settings, domains. Click add domain. Type the domain name and click on use this domain
01:15button. Now it is asking to verify your domain. You can choose any one method to verify the domain.
01:28I used Cloudflare authentication. If you also use Cloudflare then you can log in with the credentials
01:43to authorize the domain. Click on authorize button. The next step is to add the domain to the MX record.
01:53We will skip this step. We will skip this step to do it later after the syncing is complete.
01:59Domain setup is complete. Click on done button. You can see that the domain is listed on the
02:06Microsoft 365 account. Now let's add users. Click on users, active users.
02:13Click on add user. Fill in all the user details along with your domain name.
02:26Also set the password. If you leave it blank, it gets created automatically. I like it to set my
02:32password and copy it for later use. Click next. Assign licenses to users then next.
02:43Assign roles then next.
02:44Review the details and click on finish adding button.
03:04We have successfully added a user. Similarly, we will add all the remaining users to office 365.
