New Delhi, June 25, 2025 (ANI): Congress leader Sukhdeo Bhagat on June 25 slammed BJP over observing 'Samvidhan Hatya Diwas' to mark 50 years of the emergency and said that it sounds quite hypocritical and funny. “Talking about the constitution doesn't suit the BJP. Today, I think that the BJP and PM Modi should celebrate Repentance Day regarding Manipur, and the biggest issue is that the Father of Democracy—how does he react to the person who assassinated Mahatma Gandhi on 30th January? They remain silent about the murder committed by Nathuram Godse. Even today, they say if you give them 400 seats, they will change the constitution.
