00:00hello how y'all doing let me tell y'all about a situation how that i'm gonna tell you about a
00:10situation that how somebody tried to i'm gonna tell you dealing at work not at my job at my past
00:16job how they tried to demote they demoted a a gym because they didn't like the way how he was running
00:27the store and they was bringing somebody in and the funny thing about it i i don't really know the
00:33big time details but the point of i'm getting to they didn't like how he was running the store
00:39so they got somebody trained up the uh trained up or maybe even helped that person get trained
00:47to take his position he got demoted and put on hourly they didn't put him on uh salas uh system
00:55manager they got him hourly all right cool because they said he wasn't doing a good job
01:01he wasn't uh at work like he supposed to do and he on saturday so wearing a shot he was still getting
01:07paid and the person they brought up in there was supposed to be better than him be more at work
01:15and and and and basically that's their star player come to find out the person stole six thousand
01:27dollars so y'all wanted this person to come out do somebody that y'all thought that wasn't a good
01:35uh wasn't a good gm wasn't doing what they're supposed to do but y'all sending somebody up in there to
01:44steal from y'all so now y'all have no gm the man that y'all demoted is still there working
01:52and but the guy who stole all the money of six thousand dollars is gone like ain't that karma
01:59like you you didn't like this uh this gm you didn't like how the gm was doing their thing
02:05but you end up get somebody worse than the gm at least he at least he wasn't stealing
02:13you know i'm saying at least he wasn't stealing man been there that long and man stole about six
02:20thousand dollars i heard ain't that karma huh ain't that really karma like you trying to be dirty
02:29i guess you was giving the person chances and then think about you're a supervisor bring somebody in
02:36to steal from your stole don't you look foolish you know who you are and know who i'm talking about
02:44that's so funny like at the end of the day karma is is is is karma is magnificent
02:54you try to be dirty you try to do what you got to do then you get messed over and the store get messed
03:03over who faulted that you know but that's how it is people think the uh that you know that's that 80 20
03:12rule you know you you you think you got 80 but maybe the person need to tighten up or need to do
03:20what they need to do but they ain't really doing it or doing all they do but not doing that extra
03:24but you end up getting that 20 you got somebody came up in there and robbed you blind
03:29so at the end of the day who really who really won did the stole really run no it didn't we got
03:38money stolen spend time and money training the person hopefully y'all got your money by prosecuting
03:44the person i probably had to take it as a write-off no telling but at the end of the day
03:51at the end of the day you you did the most and then you got your then you got money stolen from your
04:00stove you know this that's that's what happens you know that's the thing you do you don't win when
04:11you when you play dirty when you play dirty you don't win all you know what happened you just look
04:18like a fool and you get money stolen but that said hopefully you learn from that hopefully you learn
04:25from that lesson you put your faith in somebody that you thought that was gonna do what they gotta do
04:32but only they did they stole from you and put it they you know they just put on the show for you
04:40come to find out there was a thief in the beginning taking that money in their back pocket
