00:36Again, as I said to, I think, Alex's question previously, the President is always watching, and this administration is doing more than any in history to bring oil prices and gas prices here at home down for the American public.
00:49They have been plummeting since President Trump's inauguration because of the executive action and the federal action this administration has taken on the home front.
00:57But, yes, of course, he's paying attention and monitoring that.
01:00But as for whether it's weighing into his decision, there's a number of factors that, of course, are.
