00:00Well, Volodymyr, Mr. President, thank you for being here. It's good that you have the
00:11opportunity to have a short bylet and of course you will have many meetings today and tomorrow
00:16and a dinner tonight. We have an important summit coming up, including important decisions
00:24on Ukraine, which is really building on Washington, the summit last year, where we decided that
00:31there is this irreversible path for Ukraine into NATO. We're building that bridge as we
00:38speak. I made yesterday announcements that European and Canadian allies have now pledged
00:45more than 35 billion euros in support for Ukraine, which is more than last year, because last
00:52year for the full year it was over 50 billion. Now, before the first of July, it is already 35 billion.
00:57So we can safely assume that for the full year it will be more than last year. And then, of course,
01:03I cannot disclose anything about the summit declaration, but we can be safe to assume
01:08that in the summit declaration there will be important language about Ukraine and the support
01:13for Ukraine also financially going forward. And this is important because what we have seen over
01:19the last couple of weeks is unacceptable. It is Russia starting three and a half years ago,
01:24this totally unprovoked war against Ukraine. The full onslaut, they already started in 2014,
01:29with a full onslaut starting in February 2022. And now, the last couple of weeks, these indiscriminate
01:37attacks on innocent civilians living in cities, living in communities in Ukraine, who go about their daily
01:43lives and get killed or seriously wounded because of these Russian drones and whatever. So this is
01:50terrible. So everybody is very motivated. Please understand that. I hear from all the allies to keep
01:56you strong, to keep you in the fight and to bring this terrible war to a durable and lasting peace. So,
02:01again, Volodymy, thank you for being here and you are among friends here.
02:05Volodymy, thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you, dear Mark. First of all, thank you for invitation to
02:11the summit. I'm happy that to be here and that summit is in the Netherlands, big our friend. And I'm very
02:20thankful for your participation and your personal involvement. Yes. And really, I always counted on it
02:29and count. And I'm very happy that we are on a constant line, on a direct line, bilateral. Yes,
02:36by phone. Yes, always about what we need, urgent needs, like it was when you was a prime minister.
02:43And now, when you are secretary, I'm happy that we have such relations. And also, the decision of
02:49Washington summit, which has been last year, very important. Important that this direction is not
02:55changing. Thank you so much. Thank you that you mentioned it. About it, we still need air defense
03:02and we still have support on this direction from the partners and really count on continuation. And
03:09also, co-production and big military support that you said about it. Thank you. Thank you so much.
03:17So, this is very important things, very important signals. I am thankful for our strong friendship to you
03:25and to all allies. Thank you. And to all allies. Thank you. We go there. Yeah. Okay.
