Meta und Oakley präsentieren neue Smartglasses speziell für Sportler

Mit einem Video haben der Sportkonzern Oakley und die Facebook-Firma Meta die neue Oakley Meta HSTN AI-Brille für diesen Sommer vorgestellt.      Die Brille ist mit einer Kamera, Lautsprechern und einem Mikrofon ausgestattet. Über Meta AI soll eine kontaktlose Steuerung möglich sein. Das ist beispielsweise praktisch, wenn man während dem Sport eine Aufnahme starten möchte.      Meta AI soll darüber hinaus aber auch als KI-Assistent dienen und Fragen beantworten. Zudem kann die Brille auch Musik und Podcasts wiedergeben.       Das Gerät soll noch in diesem Sommer erscheinen, genauere Informationen zur Ausstattung und dem Preis gibt es bisher aber nicht.       Smart-, AI- oder auch AR-Brillen sind aktuell generell ein heißes Thema. Ein belgischer Entwickler sorgte zuletzt etwa für Aufsehen, weil er einen Adblocker für die reale Welt entwickelt hat.
