00:00Nicholas James Group, just to advise you about our plans for the Hotel Victoria.

00:07Obviously we bought this hotel after it closed in October last year and our intention is to

00:14redevelop the property to invest in excess of 20 million pounds in creating a four or five star

00:19new Nicky brand hotel in the centre of town. This would be created in excess of 100 jobs

00:26which are needed within the town. The hotel itself will be around 85 rooms and we plan to add a full

00:35service spa to the hotel. In order to fund these works for the hotel there is some necessary

00:41residential development within the curtilage of the site which will be sympathetically designed

00:47to work and not compete with the hotel but be subservient to it. We plan to run through this

00:55public consultation, go through design review panels and all being well aim to submit a planning

01:00application towards the end of July which means that towards the end of this year if we're successful

01:05with the planning application we can get on with this hotel and try and get it open as early as we

01:10as we can into next year.
