00:00so using simple shapes what you can also do is create complex shapes as needed so for that let
00:11me just create something like a table so for that i'm going to take let's say for example this
00:16particular shape right here let me just pull it out from the side and then uh drag this down around
00:22over here just like this as well let me just go ahead and then keep it five points right here
00:27just like this or just go around and then pull this out i'm just going to go around pull it out
00:32onto the end and then i'm going to go around pull it out to the end right here and this is what you
00:38have so now what i'm going to do is i'm going to add in some radius to this to add in a bit of a
00:44detail right here just like this and change around the steps as well just like this as you can see
00:49to get the level of detail i want so i'm just going to go around onto 20 steps right here just like
00:55this so this is the radius that i have right here and now what i'm going to do is i'm going to go
01:01ahead and then let's say for example just make it transparent a bit right here for reference right
01:07here so now i'm just going to go around over here and then let me just go ahead and then enable this
01:13so i'm just going to go ahead right here not work around with transparency but i'm going to go around
01:19and keep this particular grid on the top right here for reference so now over here what i'm going
01:25to do is i'm going to go ahead and then resize this uh out right here just like this and then drag this
01:34out so this is what you have right here so let me just go ahead and then drag this out right here
01:40so let's just go ahead and drag this out around over here and then drag this out around over here just
01:46like this as well and this is the detail that i have so now i'm simply going to go around let me
01:52just go ahead and drag this out around over here as well so this is what you have let's just drag this
01:58so i'm going to go ahead and duplicate this now so let's just go ahead and duplicate it and drag it
02:04on the side as well just like this and then i'm just going to go ahead and then select both
02:10and then duplicate this out as well let me just press ctrl z and select both again so that i can
02:17duplicate it at the same spot and then go ahead and drag this out around over here just like this
02:24so this is what you have and then i'm going to go ahead and select all of these and then drag it out
02:30to the top as well and add in another color for this let's just add in a darker color right here just
02:35like this and for this one let me just add in this color so you can see that i have this particular
02:41table let me just go ahead and drag this on to the top right here just like this and then i'm simply
02:48going to go around and then uh put put this in and this is what you have so let's just go ahead and
02:54drag this down right here and this is the table that you have i want to add in some details now so
03:00i'm just going to go ahead and press uh just go ahead and then duplicate this and resize this out
03:07right here just like this so let's just go around onto the top right here and resize this out or let
03:13me just go ahead and then press ctrl z a bit and then i'm going to press ctrl c um and ctrl v right here
03:22just like this and then drag this up right here so this is what you have let me just go around over
03:31here drag this up right here so let me just go ahead and then arrange this out right here just like this
03:38and then around over here i'm going to push this in and then put this in right here so that i can overlap
03:46it out and i'm just going to drag it down right here and turn this into a whole shape and i'm going
03:53to go ahead and select both of these and then group this out right here to get a sort of a design right
04:01here just like this as you can see right here i can double click and then push this in as well and go
04:07outside and then i can have a sort of a different method right here just like this as you can see right
04:14here so this is what you have and then that is the method that you have so let me just go ahead and
04:19you can see that i actually have double shapes right here i don't want that so let's just go ahead right
04:25here and then select both of these out and then group this out together right here just like this
04:33so once you do that you can see that i get this kind of an output right here then i can go ahead and
04:39select out all and then group them out together as well and this is how you can actually go ahead
04:45and utilize simple shapes right here let me just go around over here enable multi color because i want
04:51these to be multiple colors right here just like this and this is how you can create complex shapes
04:57from simple shapes inside of tinkercad so hope you found this video useful so be sure to comment on
