00:11To start this off with y'all,
00:12my first question to both of you would be,
00:15what is the most important thing that you are looking for
00:17out of a young wrestler?
00:22For me, as far as LFG is concerned,
00:24I just want to see, it's all about the big picture.
00:29It's all about growing week to week
00:31and being consistent in that growth.
00:35So, what I hope for each kid down there,
00:36not just my own team,
00:37it's just that we are able to coach them in a way
00:39that they continue to grow,
00:41whether it's as a character,
00:43whether it's in-ring work,
00:44whether it's backstage stuff,
00:47whatever it is,
00:48just that they continue to consistently grow week to week.
00:52Yeah, the desire to be great
00:54and the desire to get better,
00:56the opportunity that's presented to these kids
01:00is really incredible.
01:03Obviously, we each have our four future greats,
01:07but again, we're all kind of,
01:11all of these future greats at some point or another
01:15are dealing with other coaches as well.
01:19So, just having all of that knowledge
01:22in a room,
01:25in a training facility
01:27and being able to,
01:29you know,
01:31kind of sit under the learning tree
01:32of four people who've come along
01:35and done their thing
01:36at a very high level
01:39is so important
01:42and not to,
01:44you know,
01:45not to take that lightly.
01:46I think that's the biggest thing
01:48is just for them to be,
01:50to have the desire to be great,
01:51be better
01:52week to week
01:54and,
01:55you know,
01:56just grow as a talent.
