00:50And the reward that he got for electing Trump was to become the most powerful person in government, running all over, cutting the Social Security Administration, proposing to cut, if you can believe this, eighty three thousand jobs from the Veterans Administration.
01:12The American people know that when we have men and women who put their lives on the line to defend our country, you keep the promises we made to them.
01:27You don't cut back on the health care and the benefits that they receive.
01:32But what Trump is doing is not just waging an attack against the working class of this country.
01:48He is moving America very rapidly and dangerously into an authoritarian form of society.

01:59We are supposed to have under our Constitution a separation of powers.
02:06You've got an executive branch.
02:07You've got an executive branch.
02:08You've got a legislative branch.
02:09You have a judiciary.
02:12And this power hungry man wants it all.
02:20He is usurping and taking away powers in the Congress.
02:25He is threatening the judiciary.
02:27If a judge rules against him threatening to impeach that judge.
02:38He is going after and suing media because some media has the courage to point out what he is doing.
02:51Now this is a guy who every day is making vicious attacks against people he doesn't like.
02:58But when people attack him, he is very sensitive.
03:02His feelings get hurt.
03:04Okay.
03:05Very sensitive man.
03:11So he has sued.
03:14Sued ABC.
03:16He has sued Meta.
03:19He has sued the Des Moines Register because he didn't like a poll that they did.
03:26And right now he is waging a major lawsuit against 60 Minutes and CBS.
03:32Because he didn't like an interview they did with Kamala Harris.
03:38He is going after universities in America because he doesn't like the courses they teach.
03:45He is going after law firms because they represented clients he didn't like.
04:00And now, right now, in McAllen and other parts of this country, we're seeing what authoritarianism is about in its ugliest way.
04:10We're seeing people being stopped on the street, being picked up at their workplace, thrown into vans and taken God knows where without due process.
04:25Grabbing people, throwing them into a van is what takes place in dictatorships.
04:38Maybe it takes place in Russia or North Korea, but it's not supposed to happen in America and we are going to fight back on that.
04:53A major point that I want to make is that the overwhelming majority of the American people do not support Trumpism.
05:10They do not believe that we should have a government run by billionaires.
05:21Let matters aside.
