Adele had no idea that a simple dinner with the love of her life would turn into one of the most magical moments of her life.
"I was so shocked when my partner proposed while we were out for dinner!" Adele told WooGlobe. "It was so magical. The whole restaurant was clapping. I cried the whole way!"
