00:13When you get a smile out of Lane, it is a genuine smile.

00:17I've known Lane since shortly after he was born.

00:19I've worked with his mom now for several years.

00:21Career Day came up.

00:23I could just feel the anxiety.

00:25Lane's future's unknown.

00:27What job is Lane going to have?

00:29Are we going to find a job that he could be successful in?

00:32You know, the folks here care so much about each other,

00:34so they just kind of jumped in and took over.

00:36They said, we've come up with some things that Lane will be able to do.

00:40Being a movie critic, visiting accessible playgrounds and critiquing them.

00:45And he chose the Hershey's Chocolate Taste Tester.

00:48That day he showed up. He had his chef's hat on.

00:52He had all of the different candies in a bowl.

00:55And it was just a neat story, and I thought Hershey's would love to see it.
