00:34view and the hotel is on a very narrow block unlike the sprawling hyatt a few doors up the service is

00:40impeccable in a great restaurant good for kids slash families who seem it is an amazing all is to stay

00:46we have stayed at maya twice now it's a beautiful place and great location all the staff are amazing

00:52nothing is too much trouble highly recommend stunning very architecturally unique property

01:50tree house bar was a great way to spend the after excellent customer service this was one of the greatest

01:55vacations i've experienced our pool villa was exceptional and our butler's onga and pivot were absolutely

02:01incredible we will surely come back very hospitable and accommodating staff at the maya spa was awesome

02:08plenty of gf and vegetarian options around the area didn't love the menu maya sanura was excellent

02:14the only things we had were very very minor issues wish there were more dining options as sometimes

02:20coming back from a long diving day we didn't want to go far to eat the only other minor issue is that

02:25sometimes they would forget to put the body lotion towels or refill the soap bottles but we would call

02:30housekeeping and they would come within minutes second time here and this is by far my fave hotel in

02:35bali beautiful from the beginning to the end service amazing breakfast buffet amazing staff amazing perfect

02:50staying at the maya it is such a beautiful resort we stayed in a lagoon side room and it was a great location

02:56within the resort breakfast was excellent plenty of it we enjoyed the tree bar at night for drinks and live music

03:20yoga classes every day and we did a cooking class that was really lovely great property in the heart of

03:26some newer with great staffs close to all the shops
