01:40I went with my husband, and although I requested a high floor through the Agoda booking, we were assigned
01:46a low floor, which caused some confusion, but I was satisfied that they upgraded us to a higher
01:51floor and room. All the staff were friendly and responsive to our inquiries. The breakfast was also
01:57nice. Very clean. Staff are very helpful. I requested laundry hanger and flat iron were delivered to
02:06our room right away. Cleaning lady changes bedsheets every day and would provide bottled water.
