00:00I gather you have just emerged from a bomb shelter there in Tel Aviv.
00:05I wonder if you could tell us what happened and what the mood is there in Tel Aviv right now.
00:12Well, what happened is that there was another barrage of eight missiles launched by the Iranians
00:19from Iran to Israeli civilian targets.
00:25And naturally, several of them were aimed to target the Tel Aviv area.
00:36Luckily, this particular one, the barrage, was not very damaging.
00:42Nobody was killed.
00:43Also, the physical damage was not too bad.
00:47But this whole situation, of course, is quite dire.
00:50And, you know, for civilian people to be disrupted in such a manner for the last five days,
01:00mostly during the night, which is bad enough, but also during the day, as was the case twice already today,
01:07it's quite unpleasant, quite challenging, especially for older people and for children.
01:13But this is something that we accept.
01:17I think the overall morale in Israel is relatively high.
01:21We understand the situation.
01:23It's part of the unique situation with the Iranians.
01:27This is not the first time that we've been engaged in such a military challenge.
01:34We, the civilian population, and we know how to conduct our defense,
01:40and we know how to attend the situation and how to respond to that.
01:45And that is, of course, together with the military capacity,
01:50also the defensive military capacity of Israel,
01:53that manages to intercept something like 90 percent of the missiles and drones
02:01that are being launched against Israel,
02:04which, of course, helps a lot to know that we are in good hands,
02:07and we hope for the better.
