00:04Today I am going to talk about Masan Sadhana which is also called as Shamshan Sadhana

00:12and it is a highly dangerous tantric practice that must be performed only under the guidance

00:20of a master guru and it should be done in a Hindu cremation ground because there we

00:27have various spiritual forces which are known as Masan powers.

00:35These are entities like spirits, ghosts, Bhairav, Betal and others which are used to empower

00:44tantric mantras.

00:46The purpose of Masan Sadhana is to connect with the mystical powers of the realm of the death

00:55and obtain help from them.

00:58It is performed specifically in cremation grounds because such places are full of mysteries and

01:08dark forces.

01:10A successful practitioner gains spiritual knowledge, control over spirits and becomes free from fear,

01:20anger and mental confusion and these sadhana will be performed on auspicious days.

01:32Sadhaq ensure to check the dates and days before starting the Masan Sadhana.

01:42Ashtami, Chaturdashi, Amavasya, Purnima, Saturday and Tuesday are ideal.

01:51If Amavasya or Purnima falls on Saturday or Tuesday, it is considered more auspicious.

02:00Before entering Shamshan, the cremation ground, the practitioner must take permission from dark

02:07spirit and seek blessings from their Guru, Lord Ganesha and Yoginis.

02:15And this sadhana does have directional set up.

02:23The sadhaq must face towards east, south is for Shamshan Adhivadi, west for Bhairav, north

02:34east for Mahakal.

02:40If performing near a funeral by meditation on Kali, Mahakali and Kalaratri should be there

02:53while chanting, the Masan Mantra and offerings should also be given to these deities.

03:05Offering which is Naivedya should be the sugar candy, boondi laddu, a water pot and mustard

03:15oil lamb, cow dung cakes, lobhan, resin.

03:20It should all these items should be placed in the cremation ground and sadhaqa should create

03:28a circle with water, light the lamp and begin chanting.

03:33Masan Jagriti Mantra should be chanted 1008 times and sadhaqa should draw a yantra on the human

03:44skull to empower it.

03:46When this skull starts to make sounds it indicates the mantra has been empowered and the masan spirits

03:55have awakened.

03:56There are two types of Shamshaan cremation ground, one is awakened Shamshaan and the other one is

04:06the dormant Shamshaan.

04:08Awakened Shamshaan is called as Jagrit Shamshaan and where the dormant Shamshaan spirits are already

04:15haunted.

04:16Sukhaan Shamshaan is quiet and with no aggressive spirits.

04:22The benefits of Masan Sadhana is to attain the spiritual insight, control over ghosts and

04:30spirits, freedom from fear and mental instability.

04:36Because it has benefits, on the other hand it's a very dangerous sadhana, extremely risky,

04:43may cause mental imbalance, could endanger one's life.

04:52So it is not for an ordinary people, it's a dangerous, mysterious and intense process and

05:00should only be undertaken by those with deep experience and under strict Guru's provision.

05:09Anyone without proper training should avoid it completely.
