06:30he paid for some of caitlin's school so under this new georgia law if you pay for a child

09:28this has consumed our life pretty much for the last seven months because anna's been gone seven

10:33so i do want elders to go up there and tell his truth if he is called but also he knows what anna

10:54so today is the day that we're gonna come face to face and this is gonna be handled

11:04honestly with this being the first day of court there is a lot on the line we could walk out of

11:12this courtroom today and never see caitlin again or mama can leave with her it could go either ways

11:18at this point i really am scared for the outcome

11:21it's lunch time y'all and i mean michael done called 15 witnesses half of them ain't seen him

11:36since 2017. i mean michael was digging deep it's 12 11 we have an hour i'm getting something to drink

11:43anyway so michael was just up there on the stand and she's like you know pumpkin reached out and

11:52has been reaching out since january like since before january to see kylie you keep ignoring her

11:58and you keep blowing her off he's like yes he says well it's caitlin's responsibility as a 12 year

12:05old kid to give june his contact information how is it hurt she's a child i can't remember my own number

12:12and he literally admitted that he hadn't texted her in like five months but you cared

12:16like that is wow they are gonna cook mama too yeah they are i mean mama's gonna deal with it

12:21she's gonna have to take it to the 10. the scary part with this court stuff is yeah michael's

12:26gonna get on the stand and mama's lawyer's gonna chew him a new one but mama also has to get on that

12:31stand and is gonna get it 10 times harder because she was a drug addict

12:35she was a parent i'm scared to figure out and all of that has been documented through national

12:45television which in my opinion does scare me a little bit somebody's gonna leave today with

12:50take sales on that land and somebody ain't gonna be happy

12:52i didn't even get to talk to the judge guys that is some bull

13:10because michael called so many witnesses we gotta come back tomorrow the best part of michael's

13:19testimony for today had to be out of the 276 pages of text messages between him and anna that i had

13:26it says that caitlin doesn't want to be over there and also anna doesn't want michael to have custody

13:34of caitlin and all this is just really nerve-wracking for all of us involved so what time do i need to

13:40um maybe we got first day in the morning

14:14today you will talk to the judge today i will talk to the courtroom i just want you to tell

14:21what you know at the end of the day it's what you want we just got word that the judge wants to

14:26talk to caitlin and get her side and what she's feeling i think it's a very good thing that the

14:33judge is going to speak with her i'm just ready to get over with because this child needs to rest

14:37and my daughter needs to rest anna has not rested in seven months and 13 days now come on all right

14:50of things it's okay to cry but like remember don't let them get you off what you're supposed to be

15:48damn bad so of course mama wants to get up there on the stand and say stuff she has no business saying

15:54so who knows how this case is gonna go now
