00:00After the IAEA reported the destruction of above-ground facilities at Iran's nuclear Natanz site,
00:07the Vienna Agency on Monday released further damage details at another nuclear enrichment plant
00:13Israeli forces struck on Friday.
00:16At the Isfahan nuclear site, four buildings were damaged in Friday's attack.
00:23The Central Chemical Laboratory, a uranium conversion plant.
00:27During an exceptional IAEA board meeting, Agency Chief Rafael Grossi said there was no sign of further damage
00:35at Iran's Natanz or Fordow enrichment plants, while radiation levels outside the sites remained normal.
00:42Within the Natanz facility, there was both radiological and chemical contamination, Grossi said.
00:48Meanwhile, a number of countries, including China, Russia and Venezuela, condemned Israel's attack at the IAEA meeting.
00:56The large majority of countries of the board and also observers are considering this aggression by Israel unlawful,
01:05which is a very important statement to make.
01:09Iran's permanent representative to the IAEA, Ressa Najafi, said Iran will continue to respond with full force
01:16against Israeli attacks, referring to its right to self-defense.
01:20The IAEA and its director general had a clear responsibility to take effective, preventive and deterrent measures.
01:30The board must condemn Israeli aggression in its strongest term and hold it accountable.
01:37Otherwise, consequences would be with those appeasing this aggressor child killer regime.
01:45The IAEA says it will remain present in Iran with safeguard inspections resuming as soon as safety conditions allow,
01:53as required under Iran's nuclear non-proliferation treaty obligations.
01:58Iranian officials, however, responded that expectations Tehran will continue,
02:03its voluntary commitments to the treaty are unjustified,
02:07when its nuclear facilities are freely targeted by a non-member.
