00:00Can we, um, take your lamp out to go then?
00:27The results were good.
00:30It shrunk again, so now it's teeny, teeny, tiny.
00:36Well, it was 10 mil last time, wasn't it?
00:40What?
00:41I can't believe that.
00:43Four mil, that's madness.
00:45Wow.
00:51Shut up.
00:52Yeah, it's like nearly there.
00:54So it's basically, basically gone.
00:56It's, it's so close to being gone.
01:00Oh my goodness, they're lacking.
01:02It's small.
01:03Yeah.
01:05Oh, thank God for that.
01:07Oh.
01:08Oh, my God, it's gonna feel, I'm gonna feel, I'm gonna feel.
01:10Oh, my God, I've got the time for this day.
01:12Oh my God, yeah.
01:14Oh, my God.
01:15Oh, my God.
01:16Oh, my God.
01:17Oh, my God.

01:23Oh, my God.
01:24Oh, my God.
01:25Oh, my God.
01:26Oh, my God.
01:27Oh, my God.
01:28Oh, my God.
01:29Oh, my God.
01:30Oh, my God.

01:44Oh, my God.
01:45Oh, my God.
01:46Oh, my God.
01:47Oh, my God.
01:48Oh, my God.
01:49I'm so happy!
02:00It's kind of mental, isn't it?
02:08Oh my God, Lucy, you're going to be in the news!
02:19See, I'll tell you what, if you hadn't have done what you've done, I don't want you to do it.
02:26That's what I did.
02:31Lucy, you fucking cured yourself!
02:34It's so close, it's so close! I think the next time, they won't do anything.
02:39Look, that is like, I'd love to say that's a miracle, but that's all you.
02:44Like, literally, that's all you.
02:47So, in three months, that's insane.
02:55The results were surprising, because I haven't been well, and I had brain fog, and migraines, and nausea,
03:02and I had a lot of fatigue, and food accidents, right, the wrong thing.
03:08Inflammation, I had back pain, and a suspected stress fracture.
03:15The sesamoid is showing a very clear picture of what we call sesamoiditis, or inflammation in the sesamoid, okay?
03:24Yeah.
03:25The good news is that there's no fracture.
03:28So, I had to have a boot on, and I was banned from walking, and without the 10,000 steps, my digestion stopped working.
03:36So, I had to find another way to get my body moving without walking.
03:41So, I was staying in the gym, and swimming, and vibration plate.
03:46My digestion had just about recovered when I had a colonoscopy, which left me in severe pain, and wiped out my gut biome,
03:58and I had more fatigue, and I had to start again, and rebuild.
04:04Just like my last stand, diversifying my diet to 30 plants a day, maybe do better against the cancer,
04:11being forced to have diversity in my exercise, maybe do even better against the cancer.
04:17So, mood change.
04:18You literally have to go public.
04:20I just think anyone can do it.
04:22These are my eight rules.
04:25Have a positive spirit, and change your thinking.
04:28Cancer can get you thinking, why me?
04:31But you have to start thinking, why not me, to get better.
04:34Set your intention to heal, take control, have the eye of the tiger, have self-belief and determination, and accept help.
04:44Your diet is your body, you are what you eat.
04:47It's not rubbish in, rubbish out, but rubbish in, rubbish days.
04:50Do not eat processed foods, or sugary things.
04:53Eat mostly low glycemic index food.
04:56Meat, fish, milk, and eggs can all feed cancer, so go vegan.
04:59Eat as many different vegetables a day as you can, have a base of grain.
05:04Don't eat wheat.
05:05Eat seasonally where possible, only use virgin oils.
05:08Eat nothing deep fried.
05:11Fasting is fundamental.
05:14Not eating is as important as what you eat.
05:17I do a 13 hour fast every day between 7 and 8 am.
05:21Bacteria is your ally.
05:23Lactococcus lactis, subspecies lactis is critical.
05:27All probiotics are good, but I especially like BioCult.
05:30I eat fermented foods daily, but no alcohol.
05:35I prefer organic or home grown.
05:39Information is power, you have to learn.
05:42Get blood tests frequently.
05:44Understand all test results.
05:47Educate yourselves on metabolic pathways.
05:50Take a baseline protocol of supplements.
05:53Know which metabolic pathways you've got unblocked.
05:57Listen carefully and understand your cravings and pains, and take additional supplements accordingly.
06:02Adding in what other survivors are taking you aren't is just guessing.
06:06Someone always gets lucky, but most people do better through hard work.
06:09Avoid painkillers.
06:11Address the pores of pain.
06:13Take off global drugs tactically in acute situations and avoid taking drugs long term.
06:20Research mistletoe and CBD oil.
06:22Check your allergies.
06:24Use your body.
06:27Exercise daily, and in as many different ways as possible.
06:33Target 90 minutes of active time or 10,000 steps.
06:37Walking, swimming, vibration plate, yoga, pilates, qi gong, and toning tables.
06:50Use enzymes, particularly because my pancreas doesn't work.
06:55Take Creon.
06:57Chew.
06:59Avoid or eliminate trypsin inhibitors such as wheat, soren, peanuts, and serrapeptase helps.
07:04Detoxify.
07:06Drink two litres of water a day.
07:09Use an infrared sauna and Epsom salt baths.
07:14Eliminate toxins in your environment.
07:17Given a chance, we're designed to heal.
07:21Even from stage 4 pancreatic cancer.
07:24It means we are all in the same boat.
07:29And we can actually do the same as you.
07:32We can absolutely do the same in the same boat again.
07:35Doot tocorax which comes in the same boat.
