Two homeless people describe life on the cold, hard pavement.

00:00It's very cold. I'm someone who feels the cold, so for me, I find it very, very hard to get to sleep, stay asleep.

00:18Since the real cold bites have come through, I'm hoping it'll be better weather.

00:24But we're still in winter, so as you can tell, I'm sick, and that's from the cold.

00:34So it's a real struggle for me just to get through each night.

00:39Just the coldness, the loneliness, it's all of the above in cases like this.

00:47With the tent, you know, it takes an edge off and almost a bit of luxury.

00:55But, you know, they are more unfortunate.
